IJS Ink & Toner. Refill Ink, Save Money.

IJS Ink & Toner is an ink refill business committed to helping customers get the maximum value out of their cartridges and toners for their printing needs.

About Us

Since 1999, IJS Ink & Toner refills ink cartridges and laser toners to ensure customers get the maximum value out of their cartridges with multiple uses instead of one-time use. We use steam, vacuum and a weight system to ensure each cartridge is properly refilled to the full amount of ink as OEM (original equipment manufacturer).

We will always test the cartridges and toners to make sure it works and meets our high quality standards.

As of July 31st, 2025, IJS Ink and Toner will be indefinitely closed until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We invite you to keep an eye out for the upcoming opening of Ink 4 Season, where we look forward to serving you again in the near future.
Services
Similar to refilling ink cartridges, we also refill laser toners. We use the same kind of ink powder that an OEM uses to refill your laser toners, weigh it for full capacity and test it to make sure it works. If you have an original empty laser toner, visit our store to do a quick trade-in and receive a refilled one for cheaper than buying in retail.

Want to check if your toner can be refilled? Call us at (905) 799-7430 and be prepared to give the staff the toner model number.
FAQ

Q: Why does my ink cartridge dry up so fast?

Many factors can affect your ink cartridge to dry up fast. The most common factor is that you’re not printing enough. When ink cartridges sit idle in your printer for a long time, it will eventually dry up, which is why we recommend to our customers to print something once a week or once in a while to keep it fresh.

Q: Does IJS Ink & Toner refill third-party cartridges?

As long as your cartridge still works with your printer, we can refill your cartridge. Please make sure the printer indicates a low ink message ONLY. If your printer is saying other messages such as “Incompatible cartridge” or it isn’t working at all, we will not refill it.

Q: My ink cartridge feels heavy but nothing is coming out of the paper, what do I do?

If your cartridge still feels heavy, we recommend folding a piece of toilet paper, making it a bit damp with some warm water and pressing the printhead onto it to suck any dried ink. If you continue to experience this issue, there might be another problem with your printer so we recommend you visit our store and we will do our best to help you.

Q: How do I know I’m on my last refill?

If you aren’t sure on the number of refills left, you can ask the staff on your next visit as we will usually write a notice on your cartridge. When you’ve reached the last refill, it is recommended to buy a new replacement to maintain a high quality print.

Q: Does IJS Ink & Toner do refunds?

We do not do refunds.

Q: Does IJS Ink & Toner accept recycled cartridges and toners?

Yes. If you have recently replaced your printer and are using new cartridges, please feel free to visit our store with your old cartridges or toners. We do not buy recycled goods but we appreciate any donations.
